”Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel
Is a little tired and dated (looks like some office building which has been converted?) but for a single night for a concert visit it was absolutely fine. A little further out of town but well connected with buses just outside on the main road - or by hiring a Voi electric bike if you’re a bit more savvy with Glasgow’s streets. Room was ok and quiet. No air conditioning but there was a fan, which was welcomed given the hot weather. Might not be a first choice...

”Excellent hotel and an enjoyable nights stay.
Hotel is clean and well decorated. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was modern and well presented.
Would definately recommend staying here.”

”Really enjoyed our stay , room was clean and lots of towels ,beds were comfy, really good shower that had shampoo conditioner and body wash. Check out at 12 was really good to as lets you enjoy your stay :) also reception were super helpful on the phone in bedroom, had a hair dryer that wasn't working and replaced it with in 30 mins. And let us leave our bags when we checked out for free :)”

”Overall reasonably OK. Breakfast good. Plenty of free parking places. Bar and food OK.
Rooms really small and quite outdated. One of our rooms had terrible smell - after complaining we got another room in 3rd floor. the 3rd floor room seem to be much better and recently renovated.”

”Room was extremely warm and AC barely worked. Asked for a fan, never arrived. Had to open the door to the hallway to get a crossbreeze with the open window. They had a heavy winter duvet on the bed with no top sheet so we had to pull up the bottom sheet and sleep directly on the mattress pad using the bottom sheet as a cover since we would have melted under the duvet. There is basically nowhere to keep your toiletries in the bathroom and no hooks for towels close to the shower so when you...

”My room was so comfortable and cozy! 212, family room.
I was big and spacious. A tad bit cold but there is a heater which i discovered on my last night.
The cleaning ladies would make the bed every day if I was out which was a very lovely thing. The beds are very comfortable.”
