”Pool & jacuzy
Rooms newly decorated nice . Cleaning staff did a great job.
We didn't like the fact that we had to clear the living room moving furniture around , to be able to open the sofa bed to sleep.
This should be done by staff.”

”We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The room was very clean with a sufficient supply of towels/toilet paper, etc.and surprisingly quiet even though we were attending a convention while we were there The lady at check-in was also very polite and helpful and didn't make us feel like we were rushed. Our only disappointment was that the pool was being maintenanced and we couldn't use it, but the hotel did let us have access to the pool at another property close to this one. Would...

”Nice breakfast, good view and good sauna and hot tub . Staffs are very friendly. However, room is not clean enough, dusk on top of hair dryer and dusty table and chair plus floor is not clean.”

”Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down.”

”Our unit at Chateau Ridge Chalet was excellent!! Beautiful place very nice decor and clean. It's only a 10 minute walk from the Blue Mountain village. Close to the Scandinave Spa as well as Collingwood. Also, easy and fast communication with the owners.
Highly recommend this piece.
