”Staff friendly, efficient and easy to talk with. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Food options apart from breakfast and Sunday lunch were limited. ”Beautiful property and staff. Everywhere in the hotel is so well looked after, decorated and furnished. Plenty of areas to just sit and enjoy a drink, the atmosphere and views of the garden. ”Woodland valley view room had a lovely view, the staff were very helpful and courteous, breakfast food was very good quality. Hotel's own vehicle picked us up from the airport and took us back. Couldn't really fault anything. Only minor niggle was that their website stated a fridge was in every room when in fact they were only in the top tier rooms and unfortunately they had no others to provide us. So their website needs updating, but it was no big issue. ”

”Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Staff were all excellent and extremely helpful, rooms very comfortable and well furnished, we also had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast and Bistro/Bar food very nice. Only negative was the shower which had very poor pressure, and the bathroom itself didn't meet the quality of the rest of the hotel, but I would imagine they are due a makeover as every other area has had. But didn't change our overall positive view and would definitely stay again if visiting...

”The hotel staff are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is comfortable, if a little dated. You need to let them know if an accessible shower is needed as many rooms have a bathtub shower. ”We had a very big room, the main room was already very big but then there was also an another sleeping room where was a bunk bed, so it would be good for 4 persons to sleep. Our room was on the street level so the views were to the street and front yard, but there still wasn't any problem with any noise from the street. Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about. And there was also coffee- and tea-making facilities in the room. And cookies! :P Pool looked very good, but we didn't try...
