”Rooms don’t have a fridge, even family rooms don’t, which is annoying when you want to chill water or drinks etc. you would think a fridge is standard these days.
Also, asked for a carrier bag at reception and was told they don’t have any, which I find hard to believe.
Also, cleanliness (or lack of) was a problem. Overall, the rooms are not very clean, I don’t know whether that is just me having high standards. Our bathroom sink had tons of tiny men’s shaved hairs all over it, my son was very...

”Bed room clean. Mattress and pillows on the hard side.
Shower room sensors stayed on all night so did not sleep very well.
Noise and banging throughout the night, from the dining room below I think, dragging of chairs.
Bathroom had recycled soap dispensers with clogged shampoo. Would have been nice to have had small unopened mini bottles for hygiene purposes.
Fantastic evening meal and breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

”The staff were all lovely.
There was a Porsche event. We were most definitely ‘extras’ to this event. Breakfast in particular. Couldn’t find our booking? Assumed with Porsche event and once explaining (both mornings) that we were just regular guests we were then sat in a seperate area. Very strange experience . Staff were lovely none the less, John in particular.
At arrival, again once explained we were not with the Porsche event, we were told to drive down to the guest car park and the porter...

”Stayed 2 nights, friday night was fine. However saturday night was horrendous. Music was blaring out until 7:35am Sunday morning. Rooms seem to be above the pool room where there was multiple people talking thoughout the night. Wont be staying here again.”

”Lovely gardens. Great location to walk Snowdon or get the train.
Particularly wonderful food, bravo to the team.
Room we stayed in was a box room, absolutely tiny, and the toilet/shower room was not a full arms width from side to side, and for a big lad that was most uncomfortable.
The window in our room opened about an inch then fell back closed again, so no air was able to get in or out of a stiflingly hot room.
We noticed other rooms did have windows that opened a lot, note to self!!!
