”Stayed at this hotel for one night. Went to another hotel in Yala. Was not pleased with what I saw. My family and I turned around and went back to stay here for another night. Very clean hotel, very polite staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxing and comfortable stay. Highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Weerawila. Keep up the great work!!! :) ”

”Golf course it’s amazing but that’s it. I can’t recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to do something else than only play golf. It’s very basic resort hotel without any luxury. All the prices were 50% more than in Marriott Weligama. We couldn’t get any spa times to booked, there’s absolutely nothing around the hotel, beach is not for swimming and there’s no restaurants or even sun beds at beach. ”Spent 2 amazing nights here for safari tours situated right outside the national park. The hotel staff and location is amazing. The cabanas are beautiful and air conditioned. We even had elephants in the lagoon outside our room one night. As additional the safaris are excellent, the park is dripping with wildlife, we booked directly from yalla national park but the hotel does similar tours do a full day as 1/2 is not enough.”

”A special place close to Yala that makes you feel like you’re in the park. Small staff was so friendly and lovely, and I felt well taken care of. Delicious meals—often candlelit and with an outdoor grill. Room was air conditioned and well appointed, despite the jungle setting. Only caution: there probably will be some wildlife in your bathroom! They also organized my safaris in the park, as well as pick ups and drop-offs, which I appreciated.”
