”We recently stayed at the MGM Casino in Springfield, and from start to finish, it was a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff member who helped us was very polite. Our room was spotless and nicely appointed. Although it was on the smaller side, it was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, and the shower was fantastic. Our view looked out over the street, which at night was especially beautiful with all the white lights. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel...

”The hotel was recently remodeled so everything was new and nice. Mattress was great. Heat/AC worked great. All amenities were provided in the bathroom, and coffee maker in the room. It's too bad the left over reviews are still on Google from the former hotel. A little breakfast in the morning made the stay perfect. It was walking distance from the Big E which was great as parking is a premium in the area. One negative: I think I'm too old to figure out a Roku device to get the TV to...

”facility needs to be updated. Parking lot hard to get into - insufficient signage Corridors smelled stale. Room was clean and beds comfortable but not enough outlets near beds. Please take as constructive criticism, not complaints. Would stay again if the need arises. ”
