”Staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was not super great outside of our hotel room, and there were stains on our blankets. There weren’t towels in the pool area 3/4 times we went swimming. We had to go to the clear front of the hotel when we needed new towels everyday so that was annoying. The shower we got leaked EVERYWHERE and the sink took HOURS to drain. The amount we spent on this hotel was outrageous for how the hotel itself was. Definitely not worth the money we spent, just...

”The staff was very friendly...don't prefer no continental breakfast but knew when we booked it was not served unless pd for. Brought our own microwave breakfasts, but there is not one in the room so the one available was in the very front by the service desk where all the guest are leaving and entering. The microwave as well as the area were dirty both days. Asked housekeeping to clean it. Also the pool is nice but the chlorine was so strong in the pool area my eyes were burning and Iwe was just...

”Beautiful hotel! I wish they would have warned us the pool had closed down when we checked in, I came down in a swimsuit and towel and was super embarrassed! The room had a random wet spot on the floor, probably from cleaning. But it was still wet when we checked out. The room was SO nice, I will say that I wish the rooms had a microwave. The staff was incredibly kind, I could tell she was working hard covering check ins and the snack desk.”

”The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and didn't have the musty smell that seems to be common. But the wall outlets were loose, the shower was dingy and moldy in the corners as well as the lower shower shelf was hanging on by a strip of caulking. Breakfast was gross. The food was stale. My husband had a carton of milk that was chunky. And the coffee was not good. I appreciated that there was plenty of parking spaces, but having to pay $15 a night was ridiculous....

”Unfortunately the pool was closed and unable to use which wasn't specified when I booked it. Not a welcoming setting by staff. It was a place to stay. Room was ok. Internet wasn't functioning correctly. Location was good. Parking was good. Breakfast was good. However I was asked not to bring to my room. Im not comfortable in public settings. So I was uncomfortable.”

”Good for a quick stay as a single person but not so much for a family imo. Clean for the most part. And staff are super helpful and nice. If you are driving personal car Parking is a $30 separate charge and no breakfast is served. 😆”

”Somebody from hotel's restaurant copied my credit card. They took the card and went to make authorization. Be careful with them. I hope hotel management will make some improvements. Otherwise a good hotel.”

”The reservation was a pay at check in reservation which was supposed to be cancelled, on day of check in it was revealed it was not cancelled and the entire stay had been charged though it was not checked in. The issue was addressed prior to check in for the second day, and still was charged the entire 3 night stay as a “late cancellation fee” even though they had the room available the additional 2 nights for rent. It’s specific to this property, and has rubbed me wrong for Hyatt as hotel...
