”Beautiful building and very clean, modern apartment. Right across street from Target Field and reasonable walk to downtown and North Loop restaurants. Only complaint: keypad on lobby entry door either not sensitive enough or too sensitive - lots of retry’s needed. On the other hand keypad on room door worked every time.”

”The location is good, and it was very clean. There was a lack of towel racks in the bathroom. There are no grab bars in the tub, though the shower was nice. The kitchen was minimally stocked for cooking, (2 pots and 2 skillets, all of which are well used). There is very limited space to store clothes. There is no dresser or bureau. The garage was nice, and parking spots were right below the unit., which made it convenient. ”

The place was really cozy to me and my girlfriend and sister they enjoyed the property also, me and my girlfriend was talking about how this would be a good place to rent like an apartment how nice it is. ”Perfect location to attend Ribfest at Mystic Lake Casino on Friday night, have a relaxing weekend at the local pool & in the hot tub, then see Shinedown at the Target Center on Monday night. The house was very comfortable & AC worked great! Host was quick to answer questions, but we didn't experience any issues during our stay that we needed to contact him for.
