”The staff here were very nice and helpful, the beds were comfortable and clean and it was very quiet even though the hotel was pretty full. There room needs obvious repairs; there were holes in the walls and the bathroom has mold and water damage throughout the shower area. You can tell that the hotel used to allow smoking in the rooms as there is a distinct aroma. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

”Only complaint I have is that when I booked the room it said breakfast included, I intentionally was looking for that and paid more for the hotel for that one thing. When I got there, I was handed paper work and no mention of breakfast. In the morning I looked at paperwork to see what time breakfast was nothing. I then looked at menu and found t says d breakfast was available for purchase. Interestingly, I was sent a review on how was my breakfast. I feel I should be compensated for not getting...

”We had a lovely stay in this apartment, packed with all modern conveniences - motion lights in the hallway to move around easily at night; LED lights on remotes with choice of colors for day and evening; shower wand; and even a bidet. The bedding was so very comfortable we all slept soundly. The sofas on the living room, with soft, luxurious blankets, made for cozy evening chat space.”

”We stayed at this property while attending our son’s graduation from RIT. I loved the location and found it so nice to be right on the canal. The place was very clean and well appointed. Pittsford is a lovely town and a great choice if visiting the Rochester area. ”

”We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. ”This is a lovely home that was well equipped with everything we needed. Check in was easy with the code provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels/shampoo/conditioner etc. we appreciated the robes and slippers for the hot tub! It was great to have the washer and dryer too. We would definitely stay here again!”
