”We were extremely happy with our 3 nights stay at Gabaa. Staff were superb. All the cabins were hidden amongst the nature, making it must more relaxing and enjoyable. Property was very quiet and had plenty of privacy. Hiruni and Eranda and also everyone else were always available and made our stay memorable. My kids didn’t want to leave the property. Rooms very spacious and AC was worked perfectly. We got some tea and food and they were authentic.”

”Incredible helpful and friendly staff and beautiful ground. My cottage with the outdoor shower was charming. Spa facilities were not available during hours that i wanted to use them, ieri early morning and evening before and after excursion, that was sad. No pool towels also a minus. Dinner menu was expensive but nothing was very good. Breakfast however was delicious! Sri lankan menù was bevande expectation. I enjoyed my stay very much.”

”Hotellialue oli hurmaava monine eläimineen - apinoita, varaaneja, oravia, gekkoja... Aikaa pystyi viettämään ihan vain kävelemällä ympäriinsä. Myös allasalueella oli mukava loikoilla. Huoneet olivat siistit ja henkilökunta oli kaikkialla mielettömän ystävällistä.”

”Great view of the lake but a bit away from anywhere if you like to dine out. It was out of season so the in house menu options were limited and tourist focussed. Lovely breakfast and the room was great. ”

”Nett gelegen an einem See ca. 1km vom Ortskern von Habarana. Schöner Pool, großes Zimmer mit riesigen Bett und großem Bad. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Vom Wellness Programm habe ich nichts in Anspruch genommen, von hier aus habe ich aber die umliegenden Highlights Sigiriya, Dambulla und Polonnaruwa besichtigt. Bucht vor Ort mit dem Guide vom Hotel eine Safari in einem der nahen Nationalparks. Der Mann ist ein echter Elefanten Flüsterer und kennt sich super aus. Das war großartig. Allgemein...

”Séjour en famille magnifique! La cabane était accueillante, propre et parfaitement aménagée pour notre confort. L’emplacement dans la jungle était un gros plus, les sentiers sont élégamment illuminés la nuit et on peut y observer la faune locale. Calao, écureuil géant, lézard, et autres oiseaux. Les repas étaient délicieux et l’organisation proposée répondait parfaitement à nos besoins: services tuk tuk / jeep - safari Merci beaucoup!”

”Der pool war super erfrischend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das personal ist sehr bemüht und Hilfsbereit. Man merkt allen Mitarbeitern an, dass sie liebevoll und von Herzen Gastgeber sind. Man kann in der Anlage sich wunderbar essen, sollte hierfür aber etwas zeit einplanen, da Alles frisch zubereitet wird. Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.”

”Wir haben in einem der neuen 2-stöckigen Familienzimmer übernachtet. Es sah auch in echt so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Das "Badezimmer" war nach oben hin offen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, uns wurde jeden Tag eine große Auswahl angeboten. An einem Abend haben wir BBQ gegessen. Manches war etwas trocken, aber insgesamt hat es sich dennoch gelohnt. ”I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Absolutely fantastic. Asela is so helpful and even takes you in his tuk tuk into town should you require anything. The property is beautifully maintained. I recommend that you take advantage of the magnificent tradition Sri Lankan home cooked dinner. It was delicious and and so cheap and we did that twice.”

”The staff at the location were very nice and friendly. The cabins were comfortable and had nice air conditioning, though lots of gaps for mosquitos and other bugs to enter. The term “resort” implies high end accommodations and I would not describe this location as that. This is more like camping in town.
