”A beautiful resort complex, the mini homes are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The full board option was a good choice with breakfast lunch and dinner being a broad array for the buffet with differing choices each day with some staples remaining consistent. The chefs were kind enough to do hoppers in a way that I wanted that was fresh. The pool was closed at the time for maintenance, however you could use the sister hotel’s pool which was a 10min walk away....

”Hotellialue oli hurmaava monine eläimineen - apinoita, varaaneja, oravia, gekkoja... Aikaa pystyi viettämään ihan vain kävelemällä ympäriinsä. Myös allasalueella oli mukava loikoilla. Huoneet olivat siistit ja henkilökunta oli kaikkialla mielettömän ystävällistä.”

”Un posto magico, dove ogni dettaglio è curato nei minimi particolari. Un luogo dove gusto, design e natura si fondono armoniosamente restituendo eleganza ed esclusività. Staff estremamente gentile e professionale. La nostra camera era molto grande con bagno parzialmente esterno e un grande patio. Meravigliosa la piscina immersa nella vegetazione tropicale. ”Unser Aufenthalt im Gabaa Resort & Spa war rundum erholsam. Schon bei der Ankunft (sehr spät abends) fühlten wir uns dank der entspannten Atmosphäre und der warmen Begrüßung sofort willkommen. Unser Cabana-Zimmer war geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr privat – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. ”Good and clean family room and friendly staff. Arranged a tuktuk tour for us to discover Anuradhapura. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool as well. We only stayed one night but was an excellent place for our stop in Anuradhapura.”

”Stayed here on both ends of a Wilpattu National Park adventure. They hooked me up with an amazing guide and driver as well as transport back and forth to the park and also onward to Kandy. The pool was awesome and there were many birds behind the property. The manager was a very kind man and the staff was great. Room service was delicious as well.”

”Great hotel in a beautiful location. We only stayed one night, but could have stayed longer. The pools looked fantastic and well cleaned. We had an excellent meal, and then played pool on the table next to the bar! The hotel is trying hard to be eco, and we had a very interesting bathroom surrounded by plants in the shower, and an open air roof - covered by mesh to stop anything nasty getting in! We watched a fantastic sunset whilst drinking cocktails. Very memorable. Staff were lovely.”
