”The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! I just wanted to mention that it would be great if they could make sure their housekeeper is doing a thorough job. During my five-night stay, my room wasn’t cleaned at all. After the third day, I had to ask the front desk to send someone, and they quickly went in and fixed the beds and put all the towels in the room for us to use. ”The room was okay but a lot smaller than I thought it’d be. I was on the second floor beach side and apparently housekeeping keeps all of there cleaning supplies and dirty carts all day directly in front of all of our doors. Seemed a bit odd and was definitely a sore sight to see when returning to our door. The beds were okay, one soft and one firm. Missing floor board in bathroom. Shower head was great. Checkout was easy. Beach access was as convenient as it gets

”The atmosphere was amazing! The only thing that I was surprised by...the slide for the kids wasn't open and it was at the end of May. The Hotel is very conveniently located near some wonderful restaurants and shopping so we stayed very busy and wish we could have stayed longer to try out more things. We spent every morning on the beach and every afternoon at the beautiful pool in a cabana, then a different restaurant every evening...such a wonderful time!”
