”Clean rooms, helpful staff”

”The hotel was such a great addition to our family vacation. Very clean and very well kept up. The amenities were my kids favorite things to utilize. Such a cute cabin like location. Would definitely bring my family back to stay again.”

”This hotel was a disappointment.. We couldn’t check in at 3pm because they are experiencing a shortage of housekeeping staff and our room wasn’t ready. They have apparently been working on the air conditioning for months and we had a portable air conditioner that cooled off by 3am. The swimming pool was closed for repairs, perhaps the whole summer, and it seemed the least of their concerns. Oh ya, the ice maker didn’t work, and we needed to remake the bed.. ”They have updated an old strip motel & it looks good but the mattress was shot, low spot in the middle & tv wasn’t working. Asked manager about it & she said she had a Dr appointment but would get to it later, didn’t happen. In retrospect should have paid the difference & stayed at Best Western.”

”The rooms are updated, bathroom very clean, bedspread with some mild signs of wear, but clean, sheets clean and fresh, no negative odor. Halls, carpet appears dated, dirty, stained, walls and door dinged, scuffs. Staff friendly. The most important part was the rooms and they were totally fine ”

”This was a very clean hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The ice cream treat and cookies were pleasant surprise!”

”The town was stinky. Maybe there are ranches around, but we could smell it in our room. It would be nice to have the A/C on before we got there. It was 105 degrees that day.”

”The Tipi Retreat had all necessary amenities and then some. Owners clearly anticipated any needs from heated blankets, a coffee maker, outdoor heater to twinkle lights. The beds were very comfortable and the scenery was outstanding. There were only port-a potties on site but as a family used to camping, we didn’t mind. The hotsprings that were open in town were not to our liking but the Tipi Resort is a definite must if you’re staying in the area.”

”Nice location for what we needed but it wasn't very clean. Lots of bugs and shattered patio door covered by cardboard. Everytime we went outside and shut the opposite door pieces of glass came out on the concrete. No towels for showering and very little household/kitchen needs. The beds were decent and there was coffee.”

”Amazing place, beautiful and cozy space with gorgeous views! Great location, I hit the hot springs all morning, hiked all over in the afternoons and enjoyed cooking meals in the wonderful and well stocked kitchen with unbelievable views of the Big Horn River, Wedding of the Waters, and Wind River Canyon. Love the decks and outdoor space as well, very cool location that’s hard to beat. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend! ”
