”Most of the problem was, I could not understand the guy behind the desk. At check-in. Then I could not get the TV to work. There was two remotes laying on the cabinet neither would work. I called the front desk and told them my problem and again could not understand what he was saying. But he did come up with a new remote and took the two that were there with him.
