One staff in particular named Patrick night shift would check in with my family every night to make sure we had the experience of a lifetime and give great info on sightseeing”

”The best part is the location beach front. The staff were not too friendly and they are good at saying no to their hotel guests. There’s construction everywhere. No reliable television service. Food is mediocre for the price. They charge for everything even for ice. They need more training in hospitality because we felt not too welcome during our stay.”

”Booked 5 rooms for our family staycation. It was the perfect place for family to relax, unwind and have quality time. The pool is the main attraction which is central to the rooms and overlooks the beach. The amenities are perfect to do activities such as a tennis court, couple gardens, the beachfront, a restaurant and convenience store. The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable. ”Fell short of our expectation. Overly priced for the poor facilities. Food is terrible and overly priced. Rooms are rundown. Lots of mosquitoes and the pool is not that clean. The beach area has goats and dogs roaming around. I will definitely not recommend this hotel unless they improve.”
