”Great pool. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds. Nice rooms. Excellent choice. One suggestion: The parking could be better signed/explained. One wish: The pool closes at 700. We visited during summer and it was daylight. With such a lovely pool, I would have appreciated a closing time of 8pm, so kids could play longer. ”

”Fantastic 5 star hotel,, not far from Town Centre, spotlessly clean and very good front desk. Lovely Gardens that are immaculately kept. Breakfast was good but could be more fruit choice and staff in breakfast a bit more friendly, otherwise a great 4 night stay ”

”The wonderful staff made always big effort to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. The surroundings and the views are spectacular and the small town of Metsovo close to Grand Forest was very lovely. Spa services and pool area are perfect for relaxing. I will definitely come back!”

”Nothing but good things to say about this place and what a view!! Probably there is many other nice places to stay in this area but you will not go wrong with this. That even have a real pool (some places are saying that they have a pool while they are referring to a natural pool near by that is one of the sights in this area).”

” Small country hotel with spa available for guests. Convenient location just NW of Ioaninna and offering a lake view. Clean and comfortable room with good air conditioning in July. Courteous staff provided a nice breakfast overlooking lake but charged extra for coffee.”

”Πρόκειται για ένα τέλεια μελετημένο και κατασκευασμένο boutique hotel που το καταλαβαίνεις με το που θα μπεις μέσα ( η πρόσβαση είναι λίγο δύσκολη αλλά υπάρχει πάρκινγκ) με εξαιρετική φιλόξενη υποδοχή από το ευγενικό προσωπικό. Έγινε δωρεάν αναβαθμιση σε σουίτα άνω ορόφου που είναι μεγαλύτερη και η οποία είχε και αυλή με θέα τα βουνά! Τα πάντα προσεγμένα και καθαρά! Το πρωινό σερβιρίζεται από το προσωπικό σε πολυ όμορφα σερβίτσια "με αγάπη και στοργή". Συνολικά μια τέλεια διαμονή για χαλάρωση.”

”Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that.”

”Nice and cozy little room in the mountains! Nice after a long day with your own private bathroom. It’s a walk up the road with your bags since you can’t drive up! Host was very nice and informative. ”

”I LOVED staying here. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room comfortable and quiet. It's close to everything and very convenient to shopping and dining. Staying in the Castro is highly recommended. ”

”Very nice hotel with a great view, clean rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and delicious with self made products and a lot of variety. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi on the terrace. Highly recommend!”
