”Clean newly built hotel lots of amenities price was fair not expensive not cheap. Staff was accommodating good breakfast nothing spectacular but good.”

”My room was clean and furnished nicely. The lobby and dining area were well kept. The hallways and stairways looked dirty and smelled badly. I could smell marijuana in the stairways and throughout the hallway. Need a covered smoking section near one entrance to keep people away from the entrances smoking. I gave it a try based on price but I won’t be returning there again.”

The room itself left a lot to be desired. There was leftover food under the pull outcouch, the corners of the room were dirty and had pieces of the drywall on the floor. ”Room was not as described on the website when I was booking. Staff is terrible, I told them that the bathroom door lock is broken and their response was that they can’t do anything about it. He said that Kids must have broken it from some previous stay. Microwave has ample dust on it. Never staying at this one again. I have stayed at Days inn before at different locations and always had a decent experience. Don’t stay in room #107”

”The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time.”

Air conditioning was confusing as the ground fault breaker on the power cord had been tripped but once that was corrected the comfort level in the room was as I expected. ”House was exactly as described. Welcoming and clean. We were there off season and filled our needs completely. Quiet. Reasonably close to many amenities. Shares parking area with store- employee was exceptionally helpful. I would stay again should the need arise.”

”We had an amazing visit! The place was everything we expected and more! The location felt very secluded even though it was right off the highway (which you could hear but wasn't an issue for us) they provided us with a heater that worked wonderfully to keep the place warm! They even had games for us to play.”
