”This hotel looks good and clean. I loved the spacious room and shower. The big issue I had, however, was the noise. I heard the footsteps in the room above me, the movements in the room next door, and the opening and closing of the doors of neighboring rooms. The freeway noise was definitely loud, too. ”There was an indoor pool, but no hot tub although it was listed. That was a little disappointing Regardless, the rest of our stay was awesome, that included a very generous breakfast buffet with some different options each day, freshly ground and brewed coffee, one minute fresh pancakes, and prepared oatmeal with four available toppings. ”The hotel was really nice. I really liked the pool and hot tub. The pool could have been a little warm and for the price a free breakfast would have been an added bonus. My only disappointment I had was when I asked the staff if I could have late check out. He said they only give late check out to their high end exclusive members. It made me feel like the average person doesn’t matter to them.”

”Overall, we did had a good stay. We did have one issue--the pullout couch's mattress cover had blood on it and another "mystery" stain--but the front desk gave us a new cover. Also, some minor repairs/touchups need to be done in the bathroom, but nothing critical. The other areas of the room were clean and general well maintained. ”Check-in took forever and the attendant had a difficult time understanding English. The room was damp and dingy. The toilet obviously had not been cleaned or flushed, as waste was left in the toilet bowl. The coffee pot and the light could not be plugged in at the same time and were left unplugged, when a simple three way adapter would have solved the problem. ”We stayed at this treehouse for our three-year anniversary. We stayed for 2 days, and it was amazing. The owner, Samantha, oh my goodness. Such a wonderful person and so helpful. She communicated so well with us for everything we needed help with. I was struggling with the fire, and she came over, and she got the fire going for us. That made my night. She was a lifesaver for us for sure. I would recommend this place for anybody, especially those nature lovers out there. I will definitely be...
