”The direct website for Three Bears was out of date. Only one restaurant was open and you were lucky to get someone to take an order, long wait and cold food. Did not bother trying to eat breakfast because nothing was filled. We expected way more with how this place was described on line. No towels at the pool, outside pool was hardly open. Mini golf course was run down. Arcade was not that great. No coffee in the room and when you went down to the lobby for coffee it was gone. This resort was...

”“Remodeled” is a fancy way to say they’ve slapped some new paint on everything. Hotel still looks very outdated. Mismatch furniture, mismatch TV’s, extension cords plugging everything in. We stay two nights with another couple. Both of our keys at some point stopped working so had to get new ones. Out of the two nights, two different smoke detectors were dying and chirping. Rooms are small, and bathrooms are even smaller. Definitely no way anyone handicap could stay here.”

”The room and the entire hotel was extremely clean, even the elevator smelt fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and excellent pillows. Simple breakfast but a good way to start the day. Pool and hot tub were very nice too. Definitely would stay here again.”

”We were ready for bed, and when we slipped under the covers - the sheets were uncomfortably damp. The front desk did bring us dry sheets and pillows, but I ended up remaking my bed myself.”

”Spacious, clean and having a TV in each room was a nice surprise. Our grandchildren loved their loft, but in the advertisement it says bedroom, which would tell you that the room is enclosed. This is important with the amount of light and sound keeping them awake when trying to get them to sleep. However, it was a very nice memory, and maybe we'll return to see it the summer. It looked like a great view!”

”The cabin was decorated for Christmas. The decor was original to the cabin unlike any others making it feel cozy and relaxing . Everything was clean and organized where everything was easy to find .. I would suggest it and will be going back !!! ”

”Absolutely loved this property, the dome glamping concept is over the top! Fully enjoyed the quiet serenity, private location; the view over the Black River valley is amazing - especially at sunrise. Kitchen and bathroom are well put together and thought out. Only suggestion is to add a countertop toaster or pizza oven to be able to bake/cook food. Plenty to do in close proximity if you like to golf, ATV, hike...perfect location! The property manager/owner was promptly responsive and...
