”The hotel was super clean, and I even got a free upgrade for booking through Expedia. The room was nice and the mini fridge was restocked daily. I loved the rotating food themes and the unlimited drinks were a bonus. Staff were friendly, polite, and made great conversation. There was entertainment every night, which kept things fun. I’d definitely stay here again!”

”The property is huge and beautiful. Has a big wrap around pool. The property is very big. My villa was pretty far from the main area so I appreciate the gulf carts doing drop offs and pick ups. They even had a pool and bar at the end of the villa where my room was. The staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. It was very nice”

”The property is very visually appealing and clean. Even though JOIA itself was somewhat small “small” having access to the other two adjoining properties made up for that. Of the three, JOIA to us had the nicest beach as even though small it had way less of the plagued seaweed that is sweeping across the Caribbean. Staff were courteous and helpful.
