”I am very dissatisfied with my experience, I was there for five days and I saw 10 roaches in the room. They were in the bathroom on the sink and all over the room. I notify the from desk when I saw the first three and no one came to spray the room. Also the bathroom had mold in the shower. The room had a potent smell and I had to spray my perfume to get rid of the smell. I try to make the best of my short stay celebrating my tenth wedding anniversary. Not sure if I will return.”

”This place is outdated. The ceiling was falling in everywhere. They barely had places open to eat throughout the day. It was to just ok food with cheap liquor. I expected more for what they cost compared to other all inclusive I have stayed at.”

”Several staff members were rude to us. Food selection and quality was awful. They were constantly out of EVERYTHING. Half of the nights they didn’t have any ice cream by 7pm (after dinner). Our room could have been cleaner. Only thing we really enjoyed was the pool.”
