”I have stayed 4 different hotels on my trip to Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper, and this one is the worst. So many things I want to complain about, I have to carefully order them. 1. Room was super hot on my first night there, even after I turned the thermostat to lowest. I had to complain to front desk the next morning and the lady there sent a service worker to fix it. ”Wonderful stay. Our Room had 2 double beds with a kitchen area with microwave, mini refrigerator, keurig and tea kettle. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was on the smaller side could not fit 2 people. They had earplugs by the bed but i did not hear the train and i am a light sleeper. Front desk staff were wonderful.
