”Traveling for a work function and booked a room here. First time visiting New Bern and the Aerie was more than I ever expected. My mom and I arrived and immediately welcomed by Beth. Let me tell you, she is amazing and made us feel like part of her family. We were treated so well during our short stay and cannot wait to come back. ”This Holiday Inn Express is clean and well-kept, evidenced from the moment I stepped inside. I was disappointed that the fitness area was being repaired, possibly from a ceiling leak. The pool area was adequate for a small number of people, but needed cleaning. Suggestion: Enclose the pool for indoor swimming. Otherwise, quick, personable check-in cinched my pleasant experience at this facility!”
