”Place was very convenient to the beach and Atlantic Beach restaurants. Small but had everything I needed! Kitchen was well stocked for a couple or small family. It’s a little weird not having a bathroom sink, but the kitchen sink is directly outside the bathroom door and there is a mirror behind the sink so it didn’t feel too odd, and the full size shower was nice. ”Great property! Everyone enjoyed the house, the pool and the beach. Everything was clean and well stocked. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is spacious with great views. Two kitchens made it so easy for us to prepare meals for the whole gang. Owners were very responsive every step of the way. ”

”It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. ”

”This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever!”

”Comfortable beach house. My family loved the amount of space inside, the location to the beach was also a major bonus. My only downside was that all the beds, except 1, had plastic mattress covers, which made sleeping difficult. But for the price, the house is perfect. ”

”Absolutely loved this home. You could tell that it was well loved. The kitchen is stocked with the little things you need, like spices, and the pots/pans, dishes, etc., are well stocked. Beds are comfortable, and towels are fluffy. My suggestion, if you are traveling with teens, is to get them a bike rental. There is not much within easy walking distance, but plenty within riding distance. ”

”House was super clean! Porch was lovely. The pool is nice sized and plenty of furniture for lounging. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Very short (5 minutes) walk to beach. Beach was wonderful! Not crowded at all; kids loved every minute of it. We’ve been to lots of beaches along the East coast and Emerald Isle is a favorite. Glenn was a great host and other than seeing them one time, we didn’t even know they were there. Great communication. Would definitely stay again! ”
