”I stayed at Sahana Castle three times this year and my stay was always convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, and the food at the Chettinad restaurant is great. It's also located opposite to the bus terminal which makes it easy for reaching other places. ”

”The reservation booked through Hotels.com was not found at the property. I just asked them to give me a room for a separate payment to avoid the hassle of finding another hotel. The hotel looks good but service was terrible. No hot water, none/limited options for dining or breakfast. No other restaurants close by. TV didn’t work/only Tamil channels.”

We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs for two days. The staff here is not proactive; they wait until we complain, and follow-up is required. ”Lobby staff, security, and room service staff were cordial and took prompt care of our needs. The amenities in our room and the cleanliness of the restroom was at par with our expectations.
