”They do not hold bags for early check in, and the girl acted like she had never been asked that before because she was confused. I put them back in my car until we could come back. An hour after checkin they called asking if we were coming, which was ridiculous because I already tried to checkin early. Parking was full and had to park at the hotel next door. Not sure why we have to register our vehicles if the plate number wasn’t required. There was hair on the floor in our room. The place...

”Nice hotel in need of a refresh and be brought into today’s styles. The front desk is terrible….looks like it set up for a pot luck ….table on the right with cloth over it and junk stashed on top….the wall behind the counter with 5 big screws drilled into it looked like it was missing some signage …… like the staff…been working too long to care…night time guy worked in some sort of Nascar t-shirt”

”some of the wood side trim on the Jacuzzi was peeling off leaving a tripping hazard…… gentleman at the front desk was great…..rooms were adequate but left a lot to be desired... ”

”The only thing that really bothered me was that there were strands of hair everywhere! I want to be clear that the room was very clean, but I’d maybe bring a lint roller just in case…they did have a little hand-vacuum in the suite, so that helped as well. Other than that, we really did enjoy ourselves…great amenities, amazing view, polite & helpful staff!! Would return no doubt ”

”All the staff was extremely friendly. I dropped my phone unloading and returned from room to look for it. Went to front desk and it was returned to me after being able to provide details of phone physical description and lockscreen picture. Be Gold In my bathroom the shower head had no solid fixture and was just hanging from shower curtain. I dont know if the difference is being a gold member and being in 4th floor like my friend because his was on a solid fixture. ”

”AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. My blankets were full of pubic hairs ( receptionist didn't even tried to be surprised when I told about pubic hairs in my bed). Floor was so squeaky that you hear people walking in upstairs very loudly. Lobby and 1st floor hallway was under construction and was full of black garbage bags covering floor and walls. In elevator and hallway there was really bad smell of weed. Worst experience I have ever had while sleeping budget hotels.”
