”They don't know anything how to run hospitality business . totally disappointed with their service”

”The “kot” in Nagarkot refers to Fort. this would make the place even more meaningful. ”

”I sayed for 1 night. The bad smell in the room and a low quality in general made me wonder how people are rating the hotels. A/c worked, bed was dirty and there were lots of bugs, water hardly came and construction noice was disturbing from early morning until late evening. Breakfast was below the average in Nepal. I didn't enjoy staying in this place. ”

”The view from the pool was amazing. Would be great if there was actually a hot tub - that would have been awesome. More soap and shampoo in room would be useful.”

”Nice location, peacefull place with small garden a bit out of village. Wifi is working or not, hot water is available only one hour morning and evening, but if you remember that, it's not problem. We arrived at Nepal's new year, when the village was full of locals, also night before our staying in hotel.”

”Excellent stay, super helpful and the food was awesome. Try the momos platter if you come here.”

”Stayed 5/29/2026. Had reserved/paid for deluxe room- they were overbooked and was offered tiny rooms without any views. Property faces opposite direction of Mountains- so no mountain view from room. I The facility was short staffed. Dishes was left on lawns and outdoor table. Left over food and dirty dishes were scattered on lawn and outdoor furniture. Breakfast was Indian style and horrible.”

”We came as a couple and left already planning our next visit. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the host’s warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. We felt welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. We upgraded to the top tier room with AC and really enjoyed the extra comfort. Everything was clean and well cared for, making it a lovely place to relax together and take in the surroundings. The property is conveniently located near Namo Buddha and the Thousand...
