”Really enjoyed our short 2 days in Sigiriya - absolutely lovely hotel and amazing grounds. We really enjoyed the breakfast, all the staff were very nice and helpful. ”Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and dinner. The wok is reason enough to take the buffet. Friendly staff. At least our rooms had bathrooms which were open to a small walled "yards" so that the brieze blow through the bathroom. First it seemed odd but it actually was really interesting and enjoyable solution. Totally recommendable.”

”Heritance Kandalama sijaitsee todella kauniilla alueella, näkymät järvelle ovat upeita. Infinity pool on todella kaunis (hotellissa on myös 2 muuta uima-allasta), ruoka on hyvää. Panorama-huoneesta on hyvä näkymä järvelle ja oma parveke. Hotelli on kuitenkin vähän ränsistynyt ja vaatii kunnostusta. Työntekijät ovat mukavia mutta kaikki eivät osaa englantia. Henkilökunta ei myöskään osaa neuvoa alueen turstinähtävyyksistä ja tarjoavat todella ylihinnoiteltuja (yli kaksinkertainen hinta) takseja...

”Nice location and a clean place to stay. But if you are planning on walking to the ancient city of Sigiriya it’s a 30 min walk from the hotel. Not a 1 min walk as advertised. The service was good but the food was at best average, specially dinner “À la carte”. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety which was good but the food was average. Good for a short stay.”
