”One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...

”This was a terrible experience and a scam! We had a confirmed booking 6 months in advance, but the host never sent access details. ”Probably, if not the best hotel in Colombo. I was assigned to a room that faces the sea as well as Biera Lake. The hotel, which is also accessible through one of the largest mall is a huge bonus. This gives plenty of options for food. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing. Certainly will return if I’m headed back to Colombo. ”
