”Perfect for the start of our holiday. Large apartment with everything needed to prepare own meals (we didn’t as eating out is very inexpensive) and close to a large supermarket. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. We walked or used a tuk tuk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Recommended. ”

”My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food. ...

”The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. ”

”Had stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks with my Family. The apartment was fully furnished with all appliance & very well maintained in a quiet locality. ”Old villa in heart of Colombo , tastefully renovated , quiet and clean . Very comfortable bed , clean kitchen and good food . Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . ”

”Deva the caretaker made the difference. He was fantastic. A very caring man. The owner Dinesh and his wife very responsive and we felt so comfortable going forth our chosen residence in Colombo. We have stayed at the Hilton, Cinnamon Grand, Kingsbury , Cinnamon Lake etc. but this is the place to stay. 10/10”

"Ketjun hotelli parhaasta päästä. Upeat maisemat, kauniit huoneet ja erinomainen palvelu. Aamiainen, oikeammin brunssi, oli todella runsas. Kävelymatkan päässä iso ostoskeskus, rantabulevardi, ShangriLan ravintolat jne. Allasalue ei aivan yllä muun hotellin tasoon, mutta sekin oli kuitenkin ok ja tilaa oli. Kaikenkaikkiaan erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde."

"The check in took us almost 2 hours!! We had to wait on the line standing and it took a big amount of time of our staying this hotel. Super bad service!! Also it took very long to get our luggage to our room so we had to ho back and get those ourselves. The staff was only looking for parade outside the hotel. "
