”We rented 3 cabin on top of the hill. We loved it. The kids loves watching the deers around us. Its peaceful and relaxing. We bbq and have a relaxing weekend. The pool is a plus.”

Beautiful landscaping with nature all around. The location of Comfort has the feeling of going back in time which was very nice for relaxing vacation.”

”Breakfast was not good. Go somewhere else, and buy breakfast. A/C cooled down room about 2AM. The carpet in the room was gross. The pillow were bricks or someone left Gocrete out in the rain, then let dry, put a pillow case on them and threw them on the bed. Again the pillows were rocks. No chair for the desk. Refrigerator was old and gross. Did not check the microwave. Shower did have water pressure. ”

”The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....

”The town of Comfort has great small town vibes taking a person’s memory back to simpler times. We celebrated July 4th here and Hotel Giles was the perfect place to be. The hotel is close to a few eating establishments and very walkable to them. This hotel is clean and historic with very unique rooms. There is a cool courtyard for guests to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and served in the Carriage House in the courtyard area. All staff were very nice and helpful. Great experience and...

”I booked a king room through Expedia and I was given a disgusting dirty room The sheets were not cleaned it was a full bed sized room It was absolutely terrible..mgmt/owner was not friendly at all..do not recommend..”

”We unfortunately found ourselves in Kerrville on the night of the 2026 flooding. We lost power several times and were without internet for the better part of the time. These were all out of control of the Hotel, but they made the best accommodations they could. Still had a hot breakfast.”
