”I expected that the cabin would be ruined from the flood. I called a day or so before I was due to arrive when I got an automatic message about arrival. Of course I was not comfortable coming as I had a reservation for the end of camp and camps had closed and girls sent home. ”We had a wonderful stay at City on a Hill in Fredericksburg, TX! The cabin was cozy, private, and perfect for a weekend getaway from all the noise. We especially loved the jacuzzi, the well-equipped kitchenette, and the peaceful view of the creek and sky from the back patio. It was everything we needed to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, quiet setting!”

”What a great experience for me and my family. First of all, the scenery and wildlife are spectacular. From early morning and evening deer, to my kids getting to feed the pet longhorns onsite, it is something they will not soon forget. Sabrina, the manager, took great care of us, and her homemade chocolate chip pancakes were a BIG hit! Mimosa for mom and dad weren’t bad either! We will definitely be back!!”

”We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies and a glass of wine and seltzer, while the property owners fed a herd of deer out in front of an amazingly beautiful canyon scape. The was more deer feed at the cabin, which we sprinkled in the meadow out front, and had lots of deer visitors which we enjoyed watching. ”Stayed the night for my wife’s birthday. Fredericksburg is our favorite place to visit, and this is now our favorite place to stay there! So close to everything while being tucked away off of Main Street just enough to get the outdoorsy cabin vibes as well.
