”I found that the room had not been cleaned up to the standards usually being cleaned. For example: there were pieces of white paper underneath of the chair, there were stuck toothpaste in the bathroom sink, barely toilet paper on both rolls I had to request some, also the Bath gel was empty. Those are enough discrepancies to not feel good about what your stay will be like going forward. A disappointment.”

”The room was clean. The TV remote did not work, my husband got it to turn on but then at the end of the night he could not get it to turn off. he turned off the sound but the TV stayed on all night. I hate light in the room and I had to keep the blankets over my head. We told the front desk the next day and wrote a note to the room cleaner.”

”The Publisher was a great surprise, hotel is beautiful and quite they welcomed our 70lb Australian Shepherd. We had pre dinner drinks in the bar and dinner with our daughter and her boyfriend in the hotel restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying here!”
