”I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home and our hosts. The location was amazing. Quiet country road, lovely lawns and flora. The house was really clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and combined with the quiet area, afforded a restorative night's sleep. Plenty of fresh clean linens. Kitchen well stocked with all of the necessities and then some. ”This house was the perfect place for myself and my family. We all fit comfortably within the rooms and had plenty of space in the common areas to all gather and hang out. The house was well taken care of and had everything available that we needed to carry out day to day functions like cooking and self-care. Would recommend to a friend, and would personally visit again! ”

”I love this cottage and all the property that surrounds it. The hiking was wonderful followed by some time relaxing on the screened porch passing time watching farm life. This is our second visit and we will return. ”

”The Red Juniper Retreat was a great find. We were in New Kent for the weekend of the Virginia Derby. The house is located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood that is only 6 miles from Colonial Downs. The booking and all communication with Jazmin was top notch. She was very responsive and has literally thought of everything, from the welcome basket with the snacks, smore making kit and a bottle of wine, to all of the amenities for our dogs—beds, bowls, waste bags, gloves and a beautiful fenced...

”We absolutely enjoyed staying at this gorgeous and peaceful estate! We love the history of the property and the attention to detail that made our stay even more special. I had contacted the hosts a couple of times to clarify some things and they were very quick to respond.
