It was a joy to find a hotel which understood the needs of a celiac like myself who must have a gluten free diet - something that is not common. ”Yes it’s a caravan park, but the purpose built pods are amazing. Everything you would need as a home away from home. A lovely stay for two nights. Felt safe within the park. Nice and quiet if you want the tranquility. The staff were friendly and very helpful as I had a very late check-in. Staff left instructions to find the key and directions to my pod. My only advice is to take your own bath towels or ask the reception to rent a towel before you arrive. Nothing worse than a long day of...

”We had a wonderful 3 nights stay at The Dabbling Duck, from the warm welcome on arrival to checking out all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Food and drinks were also outstanding, especially the wood fired pizza's.”

”Excellent location right in the town centre close to the quay. Couldn’t be better. Lovely spacious room and super king size bed which was very comfortable. Very clean room, tea, coffee, biscuits available. Good modern bathroom and good shower. Self check in and check out was very efficient. Would rather have had some human contact but otherwise all excellent. 😊”
