”Staff is excellent”

”Clean large room. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast.”

”Friendly staff”

”The carpet in our room was wet and it made the bedding damp. They did not tell us. We didn’t realize this until we were completely unpacked and took our shoes off so our socks were soaked. The long bare hallway in the basement leading to the pool was so disturbing my granddaughter wouldn’t go swimming. There was no restaurant on site as advertised; however, they did have a breakfast buffet. The only highlight were the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby.”

”The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. I love the concept and will make sure before my next visit I call ahead to get my email and room info sorted out. Thank you for your...

”The location was great. Room on the back side was quiet. The room had a powerful cleanser smell that we decided smelled mostly like clean cat litter. Breakfast was nothing special. Waffle was the only good hot food.”

”Very clean and nice staff!”

”Beautiful location, good walkability. Staff were very kind and helpful. Great breakfast!”

”Loud refrigerator and AC unit .”

”It was perfect.”

”Mediocre room accommodations for the price, sadly awful breakfast. Decent connectibility with Seattle with the ferry dock about three minute walk away. Good service and the people were nice.”

”For a quick last minute lodging it was OKAY. Found previous occupancy hair on one pillow. Previous occupancy personal used up shower items remaining in the shower. Floor surfaces were gross.”
