”The lady at check-in was very nice. This hotel is in very poor condition in my opinion. I killed two bugs in our room. The sheets felt damp and the room smelled musty. Also, the room door faces to the outside, which I hate. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. We have stayed in many hotels by Hilton and this one was an extreme disappointment. Thankfully we only stayed one night and then continued on to our destination.”

”What I liked about this hotel is the cleanliness of my room. The staff was very nice. What could be improved is higher toilets. The one in my room was way too low for this 64 year old senior citizen.”

”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

”Room and hotel had a musty smell when first walking in, there were stains everywhere in our room, discovered hair in the bed that wasn’t ours, as well as in the bathroom. There were stains and boogers on the wall by the pillows. Refrigerator had stains. Floors were sticky and everything felt like it had a sticky film on it. My family and I did not feel comfortable or safe in this establishment, we left a light on while we tried to sleep. Could not wait to leave and considered not staying even...

”I stayed the weekend for a business trip so I didn’t use any amenities or get breakfast . Staff was friendly room was nice and modern . If you don’t want valet there was free street parking around the hotel if you can find a vacant space . Great stay”

”The property needs to be updated and better maintained. The door to our bathroom had a broken hinge and would not close without having to lift the door. The breakfast was not that great either. We ended up just grabbing yogurt.”
