”The best Hyatt Place that we have stayed so far. Its location is in the center of downtown, walkable to Market Square, Sun Sphere and University to Tennessee. The public parking garage is right behind the hotel. Many restaurant, pub, ice cream store choices. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is much better than an average three star hotel. ”

”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

”Not very clean but decent for a night. And it right next to the highway so you do here cars and trucks passing but it didnt bother us much.”

”We enjoyed our stay here. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was very quiet and very clean. The room is very big with two sinks and lots of mirrors throughout. Granite everywhere. The people staying here were all nice. I recommend going out for breakfast unless you only eat the waffles..the rest was ok. They did provide biscuits, gravy and eggs just not very tasty. ”
