”The place was wonderful you’ll be delighted”

”Either Expedia or the establishment is misrepresentating what is actually there. On the site they claim that there is a shared kitchen. No such thing. I paid an additional$350 for an upgrade. Large rooms, larger balcony with a view. I got nothing like this. I got an average room with an oversize bed smashed up against the wall and a very small balcony on the ground floor with room for only 1 chair. I wasted all that extra money on the upgrade and I got nothing. I complained to the staff, but got...

”The air quality of the entire hotel was very poor and if we would have stayed longer than two nights I would have change the hotel. ”

”What I liked most about my stay was definitely the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference and made our experience even more enjoyable. The wonderful service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!”

”Great place”

”I have been here every year from Finland because of exceptional brazilian quality. This year they had yet improved a bit of service level in breakfast.”

”A 5 star Hotel..Great service at the front desk .Great reception. The bar and restaurant. Room service expecional...the staff is attentive and helpful ..Great breakfast. It's a beautiful place”

”Palvelu ei voisi olla parempaa. Henkilökunta teki kaikkensa auttaakseni minua SIm ongelmissa ym. sekä tarjosi minulle mahdollisuutta osallistua heidän kanssaa illlanviettoon hienossa kylpylässä. Voiko enempää kukaan hotellilta edes toivoa!”

”Very helpful, cheerful staff, updated amenities, excellent breakfast every day, perfect location”

”For a luxury hotel, I wasn’t as impressed. The room was very dated and not super clean. Bathroom had mold. The pictures k line definitely make it look nicer. Food was fine. Nothing special. Pool upstairs has a nice view but was small. Chairs were super uncomfortable to lay out on. Good location though and breakfast had plenty of fresh options.”
