”This is a very nice hotel in Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i. Our room was large and very clean, with comfy beds, large bathroom, a sitting/working area, small dining area, and a small coffee station. The coffee station had a kurig coffee machine, small sink, microwave, and a refrigerator. This allowed us to store/prepare simple quick meals when we didn’t feel like going out to eat. ”Excellent property, and wonderful, helpful staff. We had an ocean front room, which was amazing. The pool is great for kids and adults alike. The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona.”

”Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort ”

”Our stay was amazing until the electricity went off. Ended up taking tepid shower verses the hot desired temperature one in the early sunlight. It did rain, hard with lightning and thunder that night. The electricity did come back about 7:30 AM, but after my short shower.”

”The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. ”

”Rented this specifically since it was outside of resort areas. Not far from Kailua-Kona, though - only a 15-min drive. Really nice patio where birds visit and you can sit sipping your coffee, and gaze into lush tropical surroundings and the sea at the horizon. On the smaller side, so if you want to cook and eat, you will have to work with limited space, a microwave and refrigerator. Otherwise perfect!”
