”全体としてはとても良かったと思います。気になるのはお掃除に入って頂いた際、バスマットやタオルの補充はなかったことです。伝えれば持ってきてくれるとは思います。あとは、トイレの調子は悪かったです。お水は水道水で飲めるとのことでしたがかなりカルキというかなので、浄水のものを持っていくか、お水は別で用意される方がいいかと思います。良かったことのほうがもちろん多くて、コンドミニアムは初めてだったのですが、とてもよかったです。自宅のように過ごせる、スペースが広く、全体としてとても良かったように思います。ありがとうございました。”

”Beautiful resort, great room and service but be prepared to walk a lot. The tram system doesn’t work that well by the end of our stay we didn’t even bother checking the schedule we just walked and beat the team most of the time. Also the cost to park is outrageous. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. ”

”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...

Food is terrific (especially Canoe House; fabulous meal and service!), hospitality was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable with an incredible view, the golf courses and pools and beach amenities were five-star, and the overall vibe was relaxing and posh without being pretentious. ”What a beautiful place with all of the amenities, including beach equipment! The pool and hot tub were like paradise and the beach is gorgeous, complete with a turtle snoozing on the rocks at sunset. ”
