”I’m sorry but this was the worst bed experience I have ever had at a hotel or apartment. The bed is hard as a rock I had to pile up blankets and pillows to sleep on top of. We left for two nights and slept on the island just to get a better bed!! The house next door is a complete disaster. My jeans were moved and no one was at the desk to handle issues after like 8pm. Hot water last 5min. Internet slow and unusable except for the tv. The stove can’t fit two pots at a time so you can only use one...

”Check in - The hotel staff were polite and well mannered Room- standard room we were allocated was musty probably because the windows have not been opened in a while for fresh air. The toilet door frame fell on my wife same night but too tired to do anything on the night. In the morning the electronic door lock failed and could not leave the room for breakfast until over half hour while a physical key was sought. Decided to upgrade at our own expense.
