”I was quite impressed with the quality and maintenance of the facilities. The shower was a particular delight - the best rainfall shower i have used in a hotel for long time! Everyone from the parking lot attendant, the reception staff to the lift attendants were friendly, polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and was quite tasty. I'll definitely be back.”

”Nice and clean european hotel. Service could be better at the terrace restaurant. Food is OK but not delicious. Stayed one week here. Very expensive hotel. I will not stay at the same hotel next time.”

”Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. ”

”The property was different from what they advertised on their site. I could not leave to go to another hotel, because I had paid for the room in advance and it would take six working days to get my refund. The room had an insect problem with a shower that flooded every time it was used. I cam there from the United States to get married, and I was embarrassed by the quality of the room that we had. ”I will not be back. This hotel is definitely past its glory days and is at best a bad 3 star. The staff was nice. The hotel is not properly maintained. The corridor smelled mouldy, the lighting in the room was so bad, it was impossible to fully use the room. One bulb in the already dimly lit bathroom stopped working even though I had asked for it be replaced the previous day. I could not see my clothes in the closet due to poor lighting.
