”Personnel qui laisser ses clients se débrouiller seul avec leurs affaires. Équipement de douche défaillant (robinet qui s’enlève).”

”Excellent!!! I would visit Ziba Resort again in a heart beat. Neat and very friendly staff who are ready to help. We loved our stay so much we wanted to extend, unfortunately they were fully booked. Don’t think twice. Book now and enjoy.”

”Nice and clean european hotel. Service could be better at the terrace restaurant. Food is OK but not delicious. Stayed one week here. Very expensive hotel. I will not stay at the same hotel next time.”

”Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and all around amazing stay for the price”

”Guys . This is the best hotel on Victoria Island Island period! Same quality, Same insane level of cleanliness, same amazing customer service over for 2 years now speaks to something about them. In the 2 years , I tried others. Movenpick, Sheraton 4 seasons…… I always find my way back”

”The best hotel I have stayed at in Nigeria, its price in the medium price range but gives absolute Luxury vibes. The rooftop lounge was fantastic, the two nights we stay the first was Karaoke at the rooftop hosted by a delightful woman and the 2nd night was live band….primo stuff really. Every area of the hotel smells clean and nice…Vintano giving strait Luxury vibes all around”

The corridor smelled mouldy, the lighting in the room was so bad, it was impossible to fully use the room. One bulb in the already dimly lit bathroom stopped working even though I had asked for it be replaced the previous day. I could not see my clothes in the closet due to poor lighting. The toilet flusher was falling off. The spa and gym were...
