”Walked into room ice cold was told they turned off main for heat, after several hrs they brought a portable heater. The floors are dirty I wore brand new socks when I looked under it was filthy. Hotel advertised for Eid event the whole reason of me booking was told on actual Eid day no such event. I asked where the pool was just to be told it’s down for maintenance. I left an upscale property in dha phase 6 to come to this nightmare! I would not recommend this place. ”

”Front desk staff is unprofessional and not willing to assist with any issues. Staff also does not even know check in or check out policies. Customer Relation Manager is also clueless on how to resolve issues.”
