”Amazing place to stay.The only thing is that it is really hard to carry our stuff to our hut/tent. Cars should be allowed drop off luggage to the tents. I can't imagine older people staying here, OR atleast offer golf carts to bring stuff to the tents. Other than that, me enjoyed our stay and loved the pool”

”Front desk attendant hardly looked up when we checked in. Seemed completely out of it.
We were warned, if our room “ was dirty, don’t blame me yell at the other guy with a beard.” so this already had us feeling apprehensive about checking into the room. Lo and behold the room was filthy. The sheets were covered in long hairs like the beds had been slept in. The floors had not been swept. There were bugs everywhere. Bathrooms gross.

”Overall I would recommend Robinson Rancheria as place to stay, except for the House Keeping staff and the communication between the Front Desk and HK staff. Twice we coordinated with the Front Desk for services and twice we were confronted by the House Keeping team because they did not communicate.
