”I have stayed at the Skylark whenever I visit Lakeport. The rooms are always clean, beds pretty comfortable and the is staff friendlyand helpful. My only complaint would be the pillows are a bit flat for my liking.”

”The room was clean and the bed was absolutely comfortable. It was quiet setting, The pool and hot tub was perfect and the front desk was very pleasant and helpful and they made you feel very welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend for a place of quiet downtime. 💞”

”Our family including our dog were headed north and decided to stay at the lodge because our 6 year old loves fishing. It was safe, clean, accommodating, pet friendly and the fishing dock is located directly in front of the hotel room so my son could fish with his dad while I relaxed on the porch with coffee. It was a perfect choice. ”

”Wonderful hotel, beautifully restored. The service was top notch. We couldn’t get a reservation at Blue Wings Saloon nearby for Valentine’s Day, and the owner / manager made it happen for us - which was a welcome treat after a long day of travel. Will definitely stay again, here or at any other property of this group.”

”The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Vic was so nice and made sure I had anything I needed for my overnight. Conviently located next to the Happy Garden restaurant (Chinese/thai fusion) that was great! Also right across from the harbor for easy access to boating.”

”Very clean room, well stocked with coffee/ice/towels, etc. No smoke smell in room at all. Nice wooded, peaceful area. Excellent communication from management regarding property and room access. Nice restaurant nearby. Pool was small and covered in leaves, so not really usable. Really nice room decor. Comfortable bed. Again, very clean! ”

”Check in clerk Bob friendly and provided excellent advice to make stay even better. Parking lot and outside area needs refurbishing. Otherwise great and convenient location with restaurant across street and downtown a short stroll away. I will come again 😀”
