”Tired, dirty and cramped. Online check in pointless, you still have to join the massive queue. Half the 'attractions' of the hotel shut. No ironing board or iron in room, you have to pay DESPITE THIS BEING ADVERTISED AS COMING WITH THE ROOM.
Bed was acceptable... A bit lumpy and some questionable hairs. Room was tired, drawers broken, window handle broken, bathroom was dirty and stunk of drains whenever you used the sink. Blood stains on the wall, suspicious stains on the chair at the end of...

”Firstly i must praise Tristan on reception. Helpful, sorted a problem out for me instantly, and with a smile. Imperial is my favourite place, however i have to mention the public toilets downstairs were a real mess, and our evening meal was disappointing. Lets say not as described and vegetables missing. It will not deter me from returning but it did tarnish our stay a little. Every member of staff amazing apart from Chef.”

”Great for a quick overnight stay! Slightly dated, but seemed clean, only issue was that it was an absolute nightmare to flush the toilet! Had to stand there for a few minutes fiddling with the handle to get it to flush!”

”A “well used” hotel - still use actual keys for rooms (nothing wrong with that but indicates lack of updates). Shabby carpet in reception repaired with gaffer tape (not great for 1st impressions). Rooms lacking soundproofing. Can’t comment further as decided it wasn’t for me and checked out without staying - this was within 10 mins of checking in, receptionist looked perplexed but didn’t actually ask if anything was wrong. The room was clean.”

”We booked 2 junior suites, room 228 was very nice and matched what was advertised on the website. Unfortunately room 117 was less satisfactory, 2 rooms on different levels had been knocked together to form a 'suite' with 2 bathrooms a very small bedroom and remote equally small sitting area. Nice view of the bin store from the window resulting in plenty of clattering as bins were deposited there. Breakfast was fine and the staff were very nice.”

”Hotellissa oli paljon toimintaa lapsille, mutta kieltä osaamattoman suomalaislapsen oli mahdotonta osallistua. Hotelli sijaitsee aivan rannan tuntumassa, kauppoja n. 5-10 min kävelymatkan päässä. Huone siisti, palvelu hyvää, kokonaisuus hieman kulunut. Aamiainen ok, tuoreita vihanneksia ei tarjolla.”

”We stayed here just as a stop over and it was a very small and low double bed in a huge room. It wasnt the cleanest so I was glad I had slippers with me. Shower ceiling was too low for a 6'2 person so my partner had to crouch. The main parts of the hotel looked nice on arrival, but we didnt make use of it. Nice and quiet despite the location.”
