Staff wanted us to change rooms for an additional night and we chose to leave instead, but the billed us over $500 for the night we were not going to use.... with 12 hours notice. Very inflexible and refused and portion returned for the night we were not choosing to use. Great marketing, right!?!? Stay away from Estes Park resort!!!! There are lots of friendlier & less expensive places around Estas Park.”

”This was our second time staying at Streamside on Fall River. We love the location next to the river. We enjoy seeing the wildlife that visit the property. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is just down the road from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. It’s also just a short drive into Estes Park. We highly recommend this resort!”
