”Our room was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The shower products were nice. We enjoyed the 360 Grill for lunch and Swampers for breakfast.”

”Room was super clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to all downtown Florence activities and restaurants.”

”The property is convenient to make roads and restaurants. The staff members we friendly and welcoming. The room was well-stocked with towels. A courier from a delivery service was in and outside of the kitchen during breakfast, which seemed irregular, and I would have appreciated a rule requiring adult guests to wear footwear in public areas.”

”Room was left unsanitary to the point of being unusuable. I discovered sheets stained with bodily fluid and found dead insects in plain view and a wrapper for protection under my mattress. I left early to find other accommodations and had to argue with the staff about a refund. Avoid at all costs”

”Properly and room was well cleaned and maintained. Great place to stay.”

”Very run down! Moldy peeling wall paper in the halls, some kind of animal nest coming in through one of the hallway (broken) ac units, elevators don’t work (usually this wouldn’t bother me but I’m in a medical boot for a broken leg/ankle), sticky carpet throughout our room. We didn’t swim, but the bottom of the pool is green from algae. The bed was fine. Don’t waste your money!”

”Room wasn't really clean as I had hoped. The Air conditioner unit didn't work. It's an older building and it shows it age. I only stayed one night and was out of the room for most of the time I was in town.”

”I was shocked at the rates I had to pay when I checked in, but the staff were helpful. Breakfast was good and the housekeepers were friendly and positive.”

”Check-in was great. Can’t remember the fellas name but he was very prompt and had great conversation. The rest of the property, well, I will never stay there again. It was very dirty, stuff on walls and ceiling, bathroom tub dripped and entire bathroom needed a good clean as well as the rest of the room. Another learning experience, you 100% get what you pay for. The only reason I stayed and didn’t ask for a refund is because I got in later than I was scheduled to due to car issues and after 10...

”Bug infested, dirty hotel in a sketchy area. Never would stay here again.”

”Amazing little cabin! 10/10 loved the atmosphere, the space, and the things to do. Great host, great place. Would definitely be back! ”

”Perfect location and great Accommodations. Host was easy to contact and plan to stay again if available. .”

”This was the cutest little cottage with fantastic views . It was also very peaceful & quiet if you are looking to just relax. We had a wonderful time . The only thing I might add for information only is to take all your groceries, as there is not a store close by . Also if you are elderly or have mobility issues and want to fish the steps down to the water are a challenge. The deck & stairs are beautifully done with several places to rest , but still a challenge for some , but the view is...

”The location, price, and amenities were absolutely perfect for us to visit family for the 4th of July. We had all we needed to make coffee and keep our drinks cold and the back patio was lovely and shaded. The property is a duplex with the main house upstairs so there was some noise in the morning - don’t plan to sleep in unless you’re a very heavy sleeper - but you’re likely not in Florence to sleep :-)”
