”They are renovating so the whole place basically is a mess. It stunk horribly in there.”

”Smokers outside their rooms caused the surrounding rooms to reek of smoke due to the property design.Breakfast was minimal .Staff were busy taking care of their children which should take priority , but the individual should not be assigned to the front desk at the same time. Beds were new and clean.Price was high for what you received as a customer.”

”Our room had an infestation of bugs. Broken title. Carpet was torn. Shower drain would nit properltly drain.”

”The room was clean, the staff was very courteous and helpful. I enjoyed swimming in the pool. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that when the room was serviced, they did not make the bed. But that is minor considering all the positives. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ”

”Great place with plenty of room. I bought groceries and had everything I needed to cook. Really close to town, but you'd never know it. It was nice and quiet and the neighbors were friendly.”

”The owner was very nice & welcoming. However, there was limited warm water as the property was having issues due to the unseemly weather in TN of 20 degrees. Neither the water or temp was warm enough for me to shower. It was also difficult to get the temp in the room warm enough. Also, the usual flip lock on hotel doors was completely missing & you could see the screw holes in the door. It was unsettling, even though the door did have a door handle lock. ”

”Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music...

”The room was very dirty. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. The air vent in the bathroom had 1/2 inch of dust and build up on it. There was hair all on the carpet. It you walked on the floor hair hung on your feet. There was hair on the counter in the bathroom and the night stand. The floor in the elevator and hall had something spilled and not cleaned up and it had been there so long it has turned black. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ”

”I stayed overnight for a leadership conference. My room was ready early so that was a plus. I had a balcony overlooking the pool with a river view, in which I witnessed an amazing sunrise. I did have an issue with the cleanliness of my shower. There was long dark hair on the shower wall where someone had shampooed their hair. This was an oversight by the cleaning crew so I have to knock off a star for that. The front desk staff was very nice and offered to send someone up to clean it. ...
