”Blinds were very dusty. Bathtub is dangerously slippery.”

”Ice machine broken, pop machine only would take quarters. Nobody at front desk to check in. The place definitely needs some tlc. First time & the last time we will ever stay there.”

”Light switch entering room did not work. Run out of hot water while taking a shower 3 times. Refrigerator did not work. Toilet handle was broken. Coffee maker didn't work. Breakfast choices were pitiful. Won't stay there anymore.”

”Old building”

”Easy access, quiet. . . . Liked the satellite TV availability, but could have used a printed channel guide.”

”Tiny room, but adequate. Water pressure was low. Nice pillows, furnishings. Do like to support this owner. Economic in value. Close to amenities.”

”Could not have been more pleased with this stay. Charming, Clean, Spacious, Full Kitchen and the access was easy to get into Highly recommend staying. Plus the voucher to the local coffee shop was great, has a wonderful smoothie and a few pastries which were delicious.”

”I first want to say the owners are very nice. I do think they wanted us to feel comfortable and welcome. The house is old and beautiful, my curiosity of growing up near this property made me want to stay here instead of Hampton Inn. The access to the living and dining room was appealing because my family still lives in keokuk and we don’t have anywhere big enough to relax and visit together. ”The space was amazing!”

”Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely historic home. The little ones were sure we were in a castle! Everything was clean. The kitchen was super well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, spices, and all that we needed for big family meals. It was great to have enough room to all be together, yet have places to enjoy some separate games and conversations. We just wished we could stay longer!”

”What a treat it was to stay in this fun apartment! The prison decor was very cute, it stayed right in theme. The space was great, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the kitchen had everything you needed. And Rebecca was a great host and communicate communicated quickly. We would certainly stay again!”

”Great view of the train station and Mississippi River.”

”Everything was great. It worked very well for two moms and a bunch of little kids.”

”I was pleasantly surprised by this listing. It was larger and nicer than what I had expected. The beds were VERY comfortable, probably the best I've slept on in a rental property . We had plenty of everything we needed. Just a note that there is only 1 bathroom, but everything was clean and well appointed.”
