The only problem we had was several hornets nests, which caused three little kids to get stung. We bought spray and sprayed the nests.”

Plenty of outlets for charging etc. Great view of the river from indoors. Sliding door opens to deck with steps down to the yard and right down to the water. Very quiet neighborhood. ”

”To be honest, I pretty much just slept here at night I didn’t do much else. The listing is perfectly accurate, so you should know exactly what you’re getting. The porch swing and view of the Mississippi, especially at night, is incredible.”

”Awesome little cabin for long weekend away, but still big enough for our family of 6. Kids loved being able to walk out the door and fish the river. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Hostess was great to work with and super responsive, everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay again!”

”My wife and I stayed here for our Anniversary. This place was amazing, the pictures alone don't come close to showing how beautiful and great this place truly is. When I first came upon this place it was still under construction. I sent the owner a message to keep me updated on new pictures, which they did. They were also able to accommodate a last minute family emergency. I have shared this location to friends and family and I can't wait to stay at this location again in the future! ”

”Great place to stay! Well kept, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, set in the countryside. You have everything you need. Right off one of the main hwys. Close to town. We could not have picked a better place to stay!We were there researching cemeteries for ancestors and had great success! ”
